Support requests are reviewed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Most messages receive a reply within two business days. Sending repeated messages about the same issue may slow the response, so please keep related information in one email thread.

What to include

For faster assistance, include your order number, the email used at checkout, a short description of the issue, and relevant photos when an item arrived damaged or incorrect. Do not email full card numbers, passwords, or other payment credentials.

If your parcel is already in transit, some delivery changes may no longer be possible. We will still explain the available options and work toward a fair resolution under the applicable Homivax policy.
