Homivax content

Unless otherwise identified, the Homivax name, site design, original written content, graphics, product presentation, and promotional materials are owned by or licensed to Homivax. They may be viewed and used for personal shopping purposes. Reproduction, republication, resale, automated extraction, alteration, or commercial use requires prior written permission.

Third-party rights

Product names, trademarks, images, and materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not grant a license or imply endorsement beyond the product relationship shown.

Reporting a concern

A rights owner or authorized representative may email service@homivax.com. The notice should identify the protected work, the specific Homivax page or material at issue, the basis of the claim, the requester?? authority, and a good-faith statement that the information is accurate. We may request verification before acting and may remove or restrict material while a claim is reviewed.

Customer submissions

If you voluntarily submit a review, image, or feedback, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate another person?? rights. You grant Homivax a non-exclusive permission to display and adapt that submission for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy law.
